Seemingly nutrient junk food

In life, you may not know some marked nutrition food or have always considered nutrition and healthy foods, in fact no nutrition.

We came to know some of these good camouflage "junk food".

Green tea drink

Green tea contains antioxidants and other healthy ingredients that can prevent cancer, heart disease, aging and other aging-related disorders.

But now many manufacturers join the sugar and other additives made from green tea drinks, health drinks under the guise of peddling everywhere. In fact, the "green" bottle of any component, such as saccharin, preservatives and so on, keep it away from us in the health context.

Processing of yogurt

Yogurt is made from fresh milk and fermented, rich in protein, calcium and vitamins.

Especially for those people who have lactose intolerance and cannot enjoy milk, yoghurt can be a good choice. But now there are lots of yogurt has been made into a full of sugar and a variety of processing fruits "dessert", while the business is the use of these "packaging" will it pretends to be a healthy food. Therefore, the best choice when buying plain yogurt, if necessary, add some fruit themselves.

Breakfast oatmeal

Wheat, barley, rice and oats and other cereals have been the most important food.

They contain protein, dietary fibre and vitamins are other food. However, some small amount of cereal and a lot of starch, white sugar, corn syrup, salt, food coloring and preservatives and produced "colourful" breakfast cereals, so that these cereals reduced nutrient composition.

Pizza

In Italy, pizza and even the protection by the law, it must be whole wheat flour, tomato sauce, white cheese, olive oil, Basil flavors, etc.

Pizza is very nutritious. Now many fast food chains selling pizza, using preservatives, cheap artificial fats, no nutritional canned fruit, frozen meat in the long term, there are a lot of salt ... These pizza heat and very high in sodium, nutritional value but not worth mentioning.
