Massage points can prevent a cold

1. rub the thenar.

Thenar muscles in my thumb, uplift, hands alternately rubbing and friction thenar.

2. massage temples.

Temples on the brow and outer corner of the Middle back approximately 1 inch of the depression. The middle finger hands around the temples respectively massage.

3. push Mo cheeks.
